EPH and its US partner Capital Testing signed a general cooperation agreement back in July 2021. EPH has thus created the basis for a trustworthy representative office to support its customers in the USA and Canada.
Especially in economically difficult times, it is crucial to have, establish and maintain stable partnerships. The positive interactions of such partnerships have already proven themselves in the past and have recently been confirmed once again. EPH has been acting as a subcontractor for Capital Testing since February 2025 and carries out audits for its customers as part of the E84 Certification, a certification program for fire-retardant wood-based materials for the US market. Two EPH auditors were trained and recognized by Capital Testing for this purpose. Customers appreciate the high level of technical expertise as well as the significantly lower prices due to reduced travel costs. This triangular relationship has three winners and illustrates the potential of joint strategic alignments in different market segments.
